Responsibilities:

To ensure smooth operation of all beauty treatments, record keeping, clients well being, special events,
standards of hygiene and safety within the spa area. 

Duties to Include:

To work a flexible 40 hour shift rota to include weekends and bank holidays as per the rota.
To carry out all treatments to the standard required and as booked in by the reception team.
To act in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
To work within the time guidelines of each treatment and to ensure that the highest standard of care is practiced.
To work as part of a team with colleagues from the department and club as a whole.
To behave in a discreet and confidential manner.
To ensure that product knowledge is well known and that the clients’ time is educative, therapeutic and relaxing.
To retail products effectively in line with targets set.
To sell the products during the treatments and ensure that the client receives your enthusiasm and knowledge as well as after care advice at all times.
